i don't post much, so refresher course: i've been dating an unbaptized jw for years.

he's not super into jwism and probably never will be because he thinks a lot of it is a pile of poo.. .

Give up. Walk away. don't play in to his drama. You are a co dependent. You are aiding and abetting him to be self absorbed. Stop giving him narcissitic supply. It's the only thing you can control with a narcissist.

Why the field service reports?

some years ago, we had this difficult bible study with a guy who was unofficially a witness for about 40 years, yet he would never make the step of becoming an unbaptized publisher.

we pushed him at some point to tell us the reason, and the reason was this: he didn't agree with the field reports practice.

he said he did a lot of preaching by himself but didn't see any reason to report it to the congregation.. of course, we told him that the reason we hand in field reports is so that we have statistics, and know how much work is done worldwide and bla-bla-blah.

hey guys :-).

i am soooooo lonely.

i feel as though i have been cheated since all my potential for good friends in high school were taken away as well as now all my witness friends won't talk to me even though i'm not reproved or df.

Think about talk about dream about the things you want in this world. Don't think about the things you don't want.

WRITE down 100 goals. Specifically writing them down will drill them in to your subsconscious mind. And your subconscious mind will work on them when you are not even trying.

One day at a time. One step at a time. Move towards what you want in this world. What your minds eye has imagined. One day at a time put another quiver in your hat moving in the direction of the life that you have imagined.

We are what we think about. We are a projection of our our thoughts and our world becomes a projection of those thoughts. Be careful what you wish for. But figure out what you want in this world.

Read read read.

50 percent of education is the social contacts that you make and the people that you meet. So get with it. Become a social animal. Work on your social skills. Practice practice practice.

Find out what you like in this world. What excites you and inspires you. And do it.

Define a definite major purpose in your life and take action every day to move towards that definite major purpose. If something comes out of the blue that leads you in the direction of your definite major purpose then act upon it at once without question.

Work on your self. Yes. Above all go to work on yourself.

we didn't call it thanksgiving, but that was obviously what it was.

they were proud to give me my own copy of the new revised and improved nwt bible.
